In these terms, we refer to Clinical Supplies as “our”, “we, or “us”, which is Biggie SML Pty Ltd ACN 638 238 221.

Returns
Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange on any item. This is because all items are used for medical, health and hygiene purposes.
If you have received a KN95 or disposable mask with different design and packaging as listed/advertised, we do not provide refunds due to the masks being of equivalent execution standards:
- KN95 - execution standard GB2626-2006
- Disposable masks - execution standard Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3
Things that may vary that we will not refund or exchange.
- If the KN95 or disposable mask is a different colour than advertised we will not provide a refund.
- If the adjustable nose-clip on the KN95 mask differs from the format as advertised, we will not provide a refund.
If your nose clip has come off from usage, wear and tear, we will not provide a refund.
In the event that there has been supply shortages (due to Covid-19 delays), we will substitute the product you have purchased with a different brand/product of a similar level of protection, certification and functionality (i.e. Oral or Nasal). We will not offer a refund.
If you have provided the incorrect address and we have delivered your order to that address, we do not provide refunds, cancellations or exchanges. The order must be collected from the delivery address that was provided by the customer.
