We would like to thank everyone for their recent orders placed with Clinical Supplies. More importantly, we would also like to thank the community for bearing with us during these difficult times for critical items.

We have received in excess of 20,000 orders overwhelming our systems and operations. 

We understand some customers may not have received the brand of kit they ordered but as stated with such high demand we’re doing our best to procure product for you. Rest assured all products we supply are TGA approved and very high sensitivity.

To make sure we try and get back on top of our orders, we have stopped selling Rapid Antigen Tests and have put these items to out os stock. Our phone lines are also currently overwhelmed with excess of 2,000 calls a day. The best method of communication will be via email to our address support@clinicalsupplies.com.au
